The 5 Pillars of Social Selling
As I’ve put Social Selling into practice it has become clear to me that there are 5 Pillars to Success:-
2. Social Media Listening
3. Influencer Marketing
4. Collaboration (Enterprise Social Network and Social CRM)
5. Marketing Automation
Implementing one is fine, the aspiration will be for companies to implement all 5 Pillars through a journey.
